Learning & Work Institute: Research On Upskilling and Reskilling

Learning and Work Institute is conducting research into employer training, funded by the Nuffield Foundation. The study, Employer investment in upskilling and reskilling in a changing economy, aims to develop effective policy solutions to support businesses in training their workforce for an evolving economy.

As part of this work, they would like to interview senior HR professionals (or equivalent) from businesses in key growth sectors, including financial and business services, clean tech, information and communications; and creative, digital and design. Interviews would last up to 45 minutes, and would explore training strategies and organisational support needs.

By participating in this study, your organisation would contribute valuable insights that will inform government policy and the broader skills sector. As a token of appreciation, the interviewee would receive a £40 Love2Shop voucher.

If you would be interested in participating, please complete the Expression of Interest form. Further information on the project can be found on the form, or by contacting Catherine Marren at catherine.marren@learningandwork.org.uk
