T Levels are a flagship technical education programme, combining classroom learning with a substantial industry placement. For employers, industry placements offer a practical way to grow talent pipelines, bring new skills into the workforce and engage young people with real career opportunities.
The Department for Education, working with SDN (Strategic Development Network) Mesma Group, is hosting an Employer Skills and T Level Industry Placements Conference in London. This is not a traditional conference – it is designed to be highly practical, interactive and employer‑led.
The event focuses on real examples, adaptable placement models and practical tools that employers can use immediately to start, scale or strengthen their approach to T Level industry placements.
