On Friday 18th November, Mid Kent College hosted a visit from the Director General for the Department for Education Julia Kinniburgh and senior DfE colleagues Rizwana Parveen and Jay Hunt.

Chris Hare, MidKent College, Jonathan Smith, East Kent College Group and Mark Andrews, North Kent College, and LSIP representatives Lucy Druesne & Tudor Price from Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce showcased the Strategic Development Fund project progress and updates on LSIP plans.

Together they demonstrated the strength of real collaboration in tackling the skills needs of business across the county.
