Following Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce’s successful appointment as the Employer Representative Body for the Department for Education LSIP programme, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Lucy Druesne as the Skills Programme Manager to take forward the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) 2022-2025.

Lucy has worked most of her career at the interface of education and businesses, focusing on opportunities that benefit all parties. She has previously worked for KICC, the University of Kent and latterly for a partnership of Kent & Medway Higher and Further Education and public sector organisations. She brings with her a wealth of skills knowledge and expertise and will be taking this programme forward.
Lucy will be be working part time until the 1st December and will be joined by more team members in January 2023.
