The Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce (KICC) are thrilled to announce that Camilla Maurice has joined the Kent & Medway Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP) Team as LSIP Project Manager.

Camilla’s appointment coincides with a reshuffle within the team as Lucy Druesne, previous Skills Programme Manager, is now in post as the Chamber’s Chief Contracts & Policy Officer. Camilla has been assigned to lead the LSIP initiative, while Lucy will continue to provide high-level strategic guidance as her remit expands.

Camilla comes from a background in the further education space with over 10 years’ experience working across curriculum design and delivery of Business and Digital programmes, management, and more recently employer engagement. Camilla is passionate about working with employers and education providers to support the development of a skilled workforce which in turn contributes to a productive local economy.
