The LSIP Team attended the 2025 Medway Business and Skills Showcase on Wednesday 18 June at Chatham Dockyard, joining local businesses, educators, and industry representatives for a day focused on connection and professional development.
Now in its second year, the event featured a wide range of exhibitors from across Medway’s business landscape, alongside panel discussions and guest speakers exploring themes such as skills development, digital innovation, net-zero and workforce planning. The showcase provided a useful opportunity to hear how organisations across sectors are addressing current challenges and preparing for future opportunities.
The day concluded with a keynote speech from Tudor Price, CEO of Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, titled “The Second Best Time Is
Now.” His message highlighted the importance of timely action in today’s fast-moving environment—a fitting end to an event that encouraged businesses to think proactively and collaboratively.
