This Workforce Skills Evidence Base provides an overview of current and future skills demand in Kent and Medway, alongside an assessment of community needs and the ‘supply’ of skills in terms of the resident population’s qualifications.

The document has been prepared to inform the strategies, plans and funding decisions of key local and regional stakeholders. The analysis is based on an assessment of a wide range of existing data sets and published reports, as well as interviews with key stakeholders and a series of sector workshops with employers.
